    Will longer vac lines cause loss in Vacuum?

    So I wanted to move my Vac line, from my TB to my EVAP purge valve, off of my supercharger. It required me to put a longer line on. The new line is probably 4-5 inches longer. Would this cause my vacuum to go from around 16 inHg to around 13.6 inHg? This is the hose before: This is after:

    Explains the misfire on #6. Whats weird is that it would only misfire at idle and not while accelerating or just cruising. What do yall think? Chipped piston? Possible faulty spark plug? Its not smashed in like it should be if it were a chipped piston.
