    bad thermostat?

    Hey guys, last winter I had the check engine light come on in my 02 prix gt & when it was scanned I was told it was the low coolant temp code and was caused by a bad thermostat or coolant temp sensor. How do I know which one it is & are they hard to change? Thanks.

    used transmission question

    Hey all, The tranny on my 02 grand prix stripped the 4th gear shaft a while back & I can't afford to drop 2 grand on getting it rebuilt so I found a used one that has 95,000 on it for a good price at a local salvage yard. Is there anything I can do before I have it installed that will help...
