    Cooling fans contanly running

    Okay so my cooling fans are contantly running. as soon as i strat the car they start and they don't turn off until i shut the car off. I have already replaced the temp sensor, the thremostat, and the reley, hoping that it would slove my problem but still no luck i have no idea what else it could...
