    any way to check heads for cracks at home??

    im still swaping over my l67 stuff to me l26 short block. I noticed when I pulled my l67heads(first time) that it looks like there are small cracks between all the valves on the rear head. Im going to use a wire brush on the bowls to clean them up in the am and see if i can tell if they are...

    Rear oiling port???

    Im building my l26 and im putting in a jp double roller. I want to remove the balance shaft but im not sure how to plug the oiling port. can i just scuff it up and fill it with jb weld or do i need to put a plug in???

    Spun bearing! swap to L26??

    Like the title says i spun a bearing in my 99gtp. Ive been told by a few people that i can use the l26 bottom end and swap the rest of my motor over. i just wanted to make sure that i can swap everything and if i would be better to use some of the l26 parts(if any of them work)
