    Replacing CV shaft and trans fluid pouring out

    I replaced my driver's side CV shaft this morning with no issues (just a small amount of fluid leaked out) and then I went to do the passenger side and when I pulled the shaft out it POURED trans fluid everywhere. There was no leak prior to me pulling out the shaft. Is this simply the axle...
