    Losing RPM Gauge while driving!

    When driving down the highway, I'll lose my RPM gauge but car will still run. However when I shut it off, it often will not start until the car is cold. Any thoughts. Prior to replacing my ECM, the car would also shut down completely while driving down the highway. Any help appreciated...
