    Heater Control not directing airflow to floor, only to defroster

    On my '07 GP GT I have a problem getting heat in the cabin. A/C works fine, but can't get the vent to open that routes warm air to the floor. I can get heat out the defrost vent. I suspect that the problem is the heater control, hence 2 questions: 1. How do you get to the heater control...
