    Need Help Please with not starting

    I have a 99 GTP I just bought and just put a set of SD headers on and did a LIM gasket, plugs, wires, hoses, belts, etc... any how hooked everything back up car wont start as soon as I hook the battery up the dash service lights come on without the key in the ignition and at the same time key...
