    bad catalytic converter and no money.. HELP!

    2003 grand prix gt... My catalytic converter is shot and i need a new one.. problem is i dont have the money to get a new one but my state also requires me to get an emissions test within the next 2 months..my car has almost no power and i cant drive it for now i want to just remove it for now...
