    headlights are super dim!

    I recently purchased an 01 grand prix. it had minor problems but the price was right so.... here i am. my headlights are incredibly dim and when driving at night i can barely see the road. the headlights are stock, they are all foggy and one of them is chipped a little. i got the whole buffer...
