    Power steering noise

    Hi Folks, I'm hearing noise that sounds like it's coming from the power steering rack. I checked the fluid a while back..it was low. It's at the proper level now but when it's wet/cold outside I hear a dull clunk/binding sound when turning. Any idea what this may be? I'm guessing it has to do...
