    Can't remove key without using the manual release

    2002 GTP, 139K miles in great shape, just recently the key would not go all the back to removal position & the DIC went dark. After reading a ton of threads I've: check all fuses checked all relays replaced ignition switch reset the computer disconnected the battery for a few hours removed...
