    Dual climate control question

    I have a 2002 Grand Prix with the manual Dual climate control ac. The first problem is blower speed #1 does not work. The second problem is the air will not stay cold.     My 2002 Grand Prix has the manual dual climate control. The air distribution messed up the other day and now air comes out though the vents, defrost, and floor. It seems the switching mechanism is messed up. Anybody ever have this problem before or know where I can get some good input on this...
