    oil spraying

    i have oil spraying out of what looks like the valve cover gaskets, it doesnt spray out on idle but when the rpms are over 1500 it sprays. what should i do? on a side note when i rev the engine the MPH goes up while in park or neutral, this started right after the car started spraying oil

    Cold problems

    -30 degree weather won't let my car start. battery is drained and will hardly turn over. i could fix this if i could get the hood open. the hood latch lever inside the car by the emergency/parking brake won't budge. kinda like it was never meant to move, so how can i get this dang hood open...
