Even with HIDs it just makes the problem worse unfortunately. You could retrofit Real projectors in them, and trust me with the new projectors and so much info on the web, its really pretty easy. There is the OEM headlight and projector option. Morimoto Projectors are only $120 now, which is $80 cheaper than back in the day.
