    2000 grand prix - wipers only work on high speed

    My wipers only work on high speed. When turned from high speed to regular speed, they stop wherever they happen to be. If they are fairly close to the bottom, they will park when turned off completely. I just spent three hours removing the wiper switch (i.e. turn signal, wiper, cruise arm...
