    fog lamps while high beam?

    Does anyone know how to make the fog lamps STAY on when I flip to the highbeam lights? Why do they go out? Is more light not better for safety? What was Pontiac thinking? Maybe they could just put some real headlights in from new? Anyway, if anyone knows how to do this mod without running...
