    Having wiper issues...

    OK I've replaced the motor, replaced the wiper switch in the column, and replaced the arm that has all the wiper controls, checked the fuse and has power there, checked the plug at the motor and can only get power to one pin and that's not even 12 v... I've been told there is a relay some where...
