    Aftermarket HID headlight issue

    I just purchased a 2002 GTP. It has aftermarket HID / Halo headlamps. When I switch to high beams, the Xenons go out and the high beams are dim and yellow. When I switch back to low beams, they take some time to get back to full brightness. Kinda scary since I'm in the country with lots of deer...
