    My DIC is messing up 05 grand prix

    I have a 2005 Grand Prix base model. Everytime i set the date on my DIC and i press enter it will show the correct date for about 10 seconds then resets and goes back to the dashs(--------).. is there a way to reset the entire DIC? or is there something else i could do to fix it?
