    Replaced alternator, turning slow.

    2006 grand prix base. I just replaced my alternator because of how overcharged it was. In idle it was nearly 15.4 battery volts. So i replaced it and now all of a sudden when i start the car, it slowly starts up. I don't get it. Both the battery and belt is a year old. Tune up?
