    GTP possible premature detonation?

    Alright, I have a 98 Gtp supercharged. I was just out messing around with it, and I was pulling on the throttle from under the hood, testing the rev and boost of it, bringing it all the way up to max. Each time I took it up to max rpm's, it made a popping sound out the tailpipes and the engine...
