    passenger rear turn signal not working

    98 Grand Prix psgr rear signal not working replaced bulb, went to yard and replaced socket with used sine r driver signal works assume not a fuse, is that a good assumption?

    headlights dim 98 Grand Prix GT

    Just purchased in decent shape 98k miles. I tried upgrading to stronger bulbs but still cant see a thing at night. I know the lenses are pretty small on this car but even with the brights on the road is barley visable. Any thoughts?
