    tiny tuner bin file to vehicle pcm questions

    cooling fans not operating properly

    So my 98 cooling fans arent coming on when supposed to, its a 3.8 l. They come on when the a/c is turned on, the scan tool says it gets to about 109celius and thats when i shut the engine off. guage is reading a little above half.
