    95 gtp won't takeoff

    I have a 95 gtp 3.4 dohc that when in drive it does not want to move if you touch the gas, but if you let it coast to like 15mph and give it gas it will shoot off like a rocket and drive fine with no problems. But if you stop and takeoff again same thing, the car has a new tps all new fuel...
