    Irratic RPM's at cruising speed (40-60mph)

    Doesn't seem serious but it is annoying. warming or warmed up my 2002 GP SE 3100 surges 2-3k rpm's when at cruising speeds. If I kick it into 3rd from drive it goes away. It seems like if it's "lugging" even a little it will start jump around (at about 2k rpm's). Other than this issue, at 145k...
