    lower rad hose replacement

    Been about 2 weeks since I flushed my cooling system, all is still well there. However, my lower rad hose sprung a minor leak(go figure) I've read alot of members here cutting off the old spring clamps and installing screw on clamps. What's the best way to cut the clamps off? I don't care...
