    2001 grand prix hard to start

    I have 2001 grand prix gt with 3800. Every time I have to start it it don't mater if the motor is hot or cold it hard to start I have to cycle the key on and off then it start.the fuel pressure is 54lbs when u first turn the key on then the fuel pressure drops to about 20lbs. Is my fuel pump...
