My girlfreind brought a snapping turtle home and it pooped in our bath tub. Do these things carry disease?

a snapper! theres better turtles for pets out there. like one's that wont take your finger off lol

get a fish tank for it, and any crap can have disease's. bleach that tub asap lol

He was just staying for the night. She picked him up off the road out in front of Walmart. His buddy was already roadkill. The turtle is now in a safe place lakeside about 20 miles from Walmart.

My girlfreind had no idea what kind of turtle it was. I told her that if she needed a finger removed he could probably help her out. She asked "what, do they bite?". LOL

Made her happy...just a waste of fuel. There's a million ponds right in our area. DAH
That SOB better grow to a hundred pounds!
 


Got ditched on date night so he could make a 12hr road trip for work. Tells me no often, but can never tell work no. Grrrrr!

maybe hes money driven, and being the YES man at a job does get you noticed and hopefully rewarded down the road. just saying.

It also gets you a mad ex-girlfriend who says you "loved work more than me".

IMO hes a douche, if your complaining about it then he's doing it too often. I understand doing things for work, and trying to work up the ladder, but you don't have to put the GF on the back burner regularly just to try and get ahead. Have to prioritize, and I know where my Priorities would be :th_mischievious:

But then again, I'm the assistant to the manager and will get his spot in a few yrs when he retires, and my shift is only the regular 8-5 most of time. Sometimes earlier, sometimes later, but never too late and weekends are always open for the lil lady.
 
Sorry for complaining. I'm most mad because he works swing shift and only gets every other weekend off anyways. This weekend being one he is supposed to have off Friday thru monday. We've been so busy, we haven't had a date in a month I bet. I'm just upset cuz I was looking forward to going out.

Ok, I'm off my soap box now.

I used to work swing shift and it was not very often that I would work OT on my days off...I never saw my gf during the week so I always used that time to spend with her...now I work days and every once in awhile if they need me to work OT or I really want the extra money I will work but the wife understands and we make the most of it on the other days I am able to get off...communication is key but yes being with someone that works swing shift is very hard
