Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

04 GTO vs 2000 Sentra SE R.... :)

the first car that i raced at the track was a whipple 03 cobra that went 10.4 :)

i felt like just watching from then on out..

Man they sound sweet. I wish I could afford the whipple for mine. Sometime it's nice to just sit back and enjoy other peoples work.

Not many stock GTPs? ****, you need to come to my area, there are tons! Not many around here modded. Most Men or women in the 50s or so. I've had several come up to me and ask about mine since its noticeably different (Hood, Spoiler, Wheels, Rumbling exh, Louder than normal S/C). Most have no idea there are any aftermarket for these cars. I shock the hell out of them when I give them names and show them around.

Lets be logical here, these are family cars, most mothers and fathers aren't concerned a about throwing on an intake and pulley. Frankly, you'd be lucky if most of them are properly maintained, much less running the proper gas! Lets not forget the idiots out there who don't properly mod there cars and there actully slower than stock, thats a whole other subject though.

Hell when I bought my other GTP a few years ago, i drove out to go look at it, the owners about fell over when i pulled up in my white one. They were clueless on the cars! LOL! Bought it, the next day I threw on a set of rims and fast toy tips and i'm sure they never reconized the car since. Eventully modded it here and there with my hand me downs.

i wouldnt quite call them family cars when u say that i think of the new body style taurus or something of that sort...they come in 2 door and 4 door how many family cars u see with 2 doors...id say semi sporty,as if my opinion matters...

I guess, but there no sport cars by no means. Sure the 2-door is sporter, but there still family cars. At least thats what they were intending anyway, I guess sport sedan.... hell I don't know :-)

I just know it ain't know sports car :-) I gladly call mine a family car, works for me :-)

I had a guy argue with me once that they were Turbocharged. I told him to point out the Turbocharger... he pointed to the Alternator. This coming from a guy in his mid 30s that obviously never worked on a car in his life. I walked off laughing and said no more...

and i agree its a family car. but a supercharged family car. why not mod it. plus people have been fixing up these pontiacs for a while. more so the grand am's but you get the point.

Thats funny....He must have been thinking of the GP's with the 3.1 turbo from back in the late 80's/early 90's.

I honestly doubt that, TGPs were VERY low production cars anyway, very few people even know about them.

In this case, this guy was as mechanically as a screen door IMO. I mean come one, an ****ing alternator? LOL!!

He'd be one you could sell some muffler bearings, a rebo disc, and some alt and blinker fluid for about 2 grand.lol!!!
