87 GN and a 2011 Scion TC lol

87 GN was cammed and had some head work and pretty big turbo. (didnt catch what size). Guy said its a work in progress and should be a 10 sec car when done. Anyways just for chits and giggles we went from a 40 roll. I held him to about 55ish mph when he started pulling me pretty good. Car was absolutly Beautiful. Hes heading up to GM nationals with me in Carlise if anyones going there in june. Guy was a cool dude.


2011 Scion With a Coffe can exhaust and a intake and headers...Guy actually thought he was gonna romp me. lol. I gave him the jump from a 40 roll(my first gears fubared) Buy 50 mph I was atleast a car ahead and still walking hard when I shut down around 85. I had maybe 8 cars on it lmao.

He had a Intake, Looked like a AEM or something. Megan headers I think he said and a Fart cannon. Not that it really matters lol. Unless hes FI hes not gonna keep up

Bro the new ones have like 180hp and a 6 speed, they are no joke. You put some HEADERS and an intake on that beast and whoa. With the headers you can have true dual exhaust which means dual fast cans which obviously equals win.

Just one bit of clarifying... in march there were no AEM intakes, still are no headers for the 2011 tc, and back then there were hardly any fart can exhausts... even now there are only a few companies making even cat back exhausts... so no idea what mods this tc owner was saying they had, but sounds like they are a typical scion owner with no idea what they are doing.

FI? yeah, only 2 of them out even now, and they only clock 320 at the wheels on a mustang dyno with a loose tune...
