im gna try out that atkins diet... if i can lose weight while eating all the meat i want.. well... ill be one happy puppy
 
Silva man's fries looked really good the other day, while I was chowing down the Atkins food.

Exercise man.. go to the gym and get on a machine for an hour. You do the Atkins stuff and the exercise and you'll start dropping.

the atkins diet is actually very unhealthy for you. read up on it before you get too deep.

yeah, youre losing fat, but at what cost?
 


my teeth hurt :( i wonder if i clench my jaw when i sleep...

im hanging out with her on tuesday :) i need this weekend to fly by.

TMJ sucks. Im dealing with it now. I have a bad habit of clenching my jaw. So I've been visiting the chiropractor for a month now trying to get things realigned. My dentist appointment in June can't get here quick enough for xrays.
 
i have three trainees tonight. that's half my crew, on a friday night. and then i'm turning around and working days on about 4 hours sleep because my boss won't be there... again. i hate weekends. this is gonna be a sh!t show

Why is the only benchmark for the qualitative factors for a product only measured by its competing product?

Never against products with a similar function for a different market?
