Wish I got a picture of this... typical ricer civic. Altezza tails, fart can, steel wheels with no hub caps, rear windows only tinted. Now get this: It was a stick, you could tell by the way it drove, but he was waiting along the side and kept rolling up and then letting off and letting it roll back down a little, which means one of two things: he has no brakes whatsoever, in which case how does he drive at all, or he's stupid.
