I've been waiting TWO ****ING MONTHS now to get this swap done. I've had all the parts just SITTING in my garage waiting to be put on the car. The guy that was gunna do it for me ended up leaving for college earlier than I thought, but he had a friend that can do it, I thought ok I'll just have him do it cool. I've been waiting A MONTH AND A HALF for this ASSHOLE to "put me in his schedule". **** YOU.
 


do it yourself man thats the only way to insure its done right and you finish when u want. start now and be done by sunday man u can do it!
 
tip dont mod your car unless you can do it your self. Wait till it breaks. Then you will really be screwed. Not trying to be an ass just telling the truth.
 
I had a friend that has a topswapped GT that was gunna do it for me, but he's gone now. If I did it myself, I would **** it up. Trust me. I have no idea what I'm doing.
 
I read the how-to on it in the N/A 3800 section, I was thinking about doing it myself until I realized I didn't even know what some of the parts mentioned were.
 


you can do it man just go to autozone spend 20 bucks get the manual and read i have faith in u hahaha
 


If you have a GT is supercharges the engine. You end up with more power than a GTP because the N/A 3800 has higher compression.

I tried doing it on myspace too but "myspace safety team" deleted it in like 5 minutes lol.
 


Lol, I've got a guy from work that's awesome with engine work, I'd just kinda rather have someone who has alot of experience with the 3800 to do it.
 
dude don't worry about it.. with the write-up anyone that works on engines regularly can do it. you should almost be able to do it yourself.
 
Good point, if the downpipe would come in the mail I can get started, without the 3" DP the tune will get ****ed up and I won't have enough breathing mods.
