Close...it was in '08 and technically - I rolled Brian out of my garage at about 3 AM and then rolled my car out about 9 AM.

Close....4:30 am.....and literally got up at 6am with a 4 pack of redbull and a pot of coffee.

Well, I just picked up a Weldon fuel pump controller. it will allow me to drive the 2001 on the street with the drag pump. SO.

I will be in the GTP this year, I am not going to attempt to drive the S10 this year. 2 speed powerglide.....no good on gas. ROFLMAO
 
im either going to be pulling a l67 GN and my 01 regal, or the GN and daves Cutlass.... we will see what we decide upon...

well, if anybody can still retain a job by then that is.... jebus
 
i thought we all voted last year about having it ON the holiday weekend instead of the weekend AFTER the holiday??? or was i just intoxicated heavily at that point??? I just looked and saw the dates on the website
 
I think we voted to have it the weekend after. A lot of people don't get paid for the holiday if they don't work the day before or the day after.

That and a lot of people do a lot of family stuff on that holiday, so to make the event as big as we can, we decided it best not to try to compete with a holiday that's been around longer than this event. After works well for almost everyone it seemed like.

ok just making sure, i thought we voted the other way around

ill be there either way, just wouldnt have to rush home for work if it was the weekend of the holiday
 
Sure hope the date stays the same... I already requested the time off work.

Now the real question: Do I bring the GTP or the GXP? lol
