• The site migration is complete! Hopefully everything transferred properly from the multiple decades old software we were using before. If you notice any issues please let me know, thanks! Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

I'm not going to be hacking up the blower. I'm having a bolt on elbow made. And I'll have to cut into the firewall. And yes I am in tally. And it sucks here... used to live in orlando. Really want to move back when school is done lol

.... Good luck. I don't think you realise how little room there is, and its not just all empty space behind the firewall.

I mean if he can pull it off like that and delete whatever is behind there.. more power to him. I just wanted to retain the safety and function of my car.

The heater box sits against the bulkhead (firewall for those who prefer the non proper term.) The only way to gain clearance will be to pull the dash, heater box, cut the bulkhead, trim the heater box to fit if you can, and go from there.

Can I use a 2 bar map sensor from a l67 with my setup for tuning? Or will it not read correctly with my pcm? I hear tuning with the 1 bar map can be quite difficult

This seems like its going to end horribly unless you cut the blower back and modify it to fit... Removing the thing that stands between you and a potential fire sounds A) BAD and B) Not track legal...

I've seen it done without hacking the blower on another build similar on full throttle forums, that's what I'm basing the idea off of, it was same type of Camaro, even had the electronic throttle body like mine. I'll try to find a link.

Still... Why would you do all that extra work when you can just chop the blower, weld on a ubend and have a happy day
