What did you do to your Car today?

Today there was a nice size puddle of engine oil on the ground under my car.... And it wasnt a single drip area, it was scattered.

Anyway i was making a video of it to see if you guys could help, but right in the video i saw a drip come off of the oil pressure sending unit, followed by another a few minutes later. The cv shaft is directly under it, slinging oil everywhere. I guess I found it. Whats weird is the drips are coming off of the electrical connector area. I've never replaced one before, any tips? (I know I have to be careful not to overtighten.) But not sure how tight.

Should I get oem or a quality aftermarket replacement? Here's two I found

So BWD and wells. The one that's leaking right now got replaced 2 years ago.

Drove it after of forever not being able to because the boyfriend needed to use it since his Ford Truck decided to have 2 cylinders stop firing all together, all 8 spark plugs and boots needed replacement and 2 of 8 ignition coils needed replacement... oh yeah and had to replace the wiring and bulb for the check engine light because the wiring was cut and the bulb smashed. previous owners didn't give two cents of care about the car :th_shakinghead1:

Well the car I just bought two days ago is already giving me problems.

Anywho so I came home in the car to eat lunch and about 30 minutes later I come out to the car and it wont start, so I say screw it and take the other car to work. I come home and start researching it and ended up determining that the fuel pump is bad (determined via the smack the gas tank trick). So question is, do I a) wait until my next pay check comes in to fix it (next friday) or b) do I take money out of the bank and order the pump, lower motor mount, and tie rod ends that it needs?

I say keep the money in the bank. Drive the other car until payday.

the new one should have thread sealant on it, they tend to stop going in 1/2 way through the sealant.

or get a oil pressure gauge. or plug it like i did to mine lol 3 of em in a year. im done with it.
