loud droning hum 60+ (just replaced hubs)

I took the GTP above 60 for the first time on my way to class and it has a really loud hum coming from the driver side (i think). I just replaced the hubs ( although they were cheap) and put new tires on it.
it kind of crests and troughs in loudness, and it does NOT seem to change when turning in either direction.
Normally i would think wheel bearing but since i just replaced them, and its not changing with the steering direction, im a little at a loss.
 


Its not acting like the hubs though, normally they change pitch when you turn into or out of the bad wheel.
