"The whistle's go WOO WOO" on my 04 GT1, what's wrong with it? (video)

I just made my intro post a minute ago, I tried searching this problem but it seems to be either pretty unique to my car or I suck at searching it

Everytime I get on highway speeds and get above about 68-70, my car starts making a loud whistling from the front passenger area (I don't think it's a wheel bearing but I'm not positive). By 75 it's a constant noise and by 80 it's loud.

Also, it goes away when driving on moist roads or in the rain. I have driven for about an hour at 75 after a storm and didn't hear it at all.

Help a n00b out?

Um....... I'm not sure exactly. That is indeed a strange noise. Do either of the passenger tires have uneven wear patterns on them?

All the tires have about 75% tread left and all match, no uneven wear anywhere

dude that's the oddest sound ever. what are you doing Saturday? you should bring it over and we can investigate
