I have a 2007 gt. When I use the remote start (factory) the dual zone climate control flashes and fan doesn't run. When I start with the key or put the key in and turn it to the run position the climate control works normally. No codes or check engine lights. I've done alot of Google searches and can't find anything. It does have an aftermarket head unit with a gmos interface installed by previous owner. I don't know if that would have anything to do with the problem.
