Replacing 2002 Grand Prix SE front driver side plastic fender liner

The plastic fender liner on the front driver side of my 2002 Grand Prix SE is cracked and when I drive about 60mph and above it makes a really loud rattling/banging sound. Glancing at it, it appears at least one of the fasteners might need to be accessed from the car-side of the wheel well rather than from the wheel-side. Is this correct? Does anyone have a diagram showing the location of the fasteners? I'm just trying to figure out how involved the replacement would be to do on my own.

Thanks!

Finding one that isn't cracked is tougher than doing the replacement. If you locate a salvage item, make sure the car has the same front bumper as yours because the older SE fender liner is different. The only fastener thats kind of a pain is the one at the inside front which is a 7mm hex head screw going up into the unibody rail. A long extension is helpful there. That tab is critical, and with it broken the fog light will bounce a lot. First time doing this should take a half hour or so. Taking the wheel off makes it easier but it can be done with just the wheel turned although you'll have to turn it one way for some of it and the other way for the rest.
