Silicon tubing between MAF and Throttle body

Does anyone know if there is any silicon tubing that I could purchase that is between the MAF and the throttle body and includes the port for the pcv hose? I know zzp has one that is included in their CAI kit but I am running a fenderwell and dont want to buy their whole kit for that one pipe.
