i was wondering if theres any way to keep the tire pressure system from making that nice little notice on the dlc on a 04 grand prix widetrack non supercharged. i just put aftermarket rims and forgot to put tpm in the rims and don't really want to pull those skinny tires off those rims again. im sure someones done a right up but the site won't let me search cause i haven't posted in awhile. i was thinking maybe theres a wire i can remove on the back of the dlc or something. i check my tires all the time so i don't care for the system anyway. plus my girlfriend drove the car and one of the tires was flat and the stupid system didn't work anyway:th_tongue2:. any input would be nice
also on a unrelated topic. i recently replaced the head gasket on the car when i first bought it (bought it with a blown head). well ive been noticing a lot of pretty loud vavle clatter especially in the cold california mornings lol. car only has 124k miles and ive done two oil changes (castrol syntec 10w-30 every 3k miles). little atf in the first change, with two bottles of seafoam probably 2k miles apart(seems to help). added lucus to it last oil change also. think i have a oil issue, or lifter issue. also last owner never took care of the car and probably only changed the oil once a year and drove a lot14k on a oil change.
