Help with factory head unit 2004 gtp

i just bought a nice set of 12's for my car and i didnt want to take it in to bestbuy for them to install it so if some coulde guide me through with the whole factory head unit and installing rcs in line coverter the rest i can do i just cant find anywhere that helps... color of wires and how to install it from A to Z. please :) thanks
