DIC, Climate Control & Radio not working

I just bought a 99 GTP Coupe for a steal and im working on fixing it up but the DIC, Climate Controls, and the Radio all dont work. I know they are getting power because the Climate control back lighting comes on, and the TCS light on the DIC works. I've checked fuses and all of them are good. anyone had this issue and found a solution?
 


You check the fuses under the hood and on the inside panel? Just asking in case something easy was overlooked.

If this car came with any kind of aftermarket remote start/alarm/stereo I'd pull the stereo and check the wiring harness. Almost sounds like someone hacked up the factory harness and jacked it up somehow.
