Help!!! Flywheel won't turn!

I'm putting my motor back in after doing my cam install and I'm trying to put the torque convertor to flex wheel bolts in, and the flex wheel won't turn with a screwdriver. It moves about half an inch and then it stops and pops back into place. I don't know what's going on.
 


I can turn the torque convertor from the bottom, with ease. It spins freely. But the flywheel itself doesn't want to move.
