Yup usually that's what the turbo guys like to use. Let me check with my buddy in the morning I think he may still have his from when he had his SS and ill message you tomorrow.

Just remembered 2000-05 Impala has the same booster as the Monte aswell, think Olds Intrigue also had the smaller booster.

Unbolt master (2x 15mm)
Lookup under dash and pop the clip/spring washer (and pocket them in case)
Use large bar to turn booster via the bolts counter clockwise if you are looking at it standing in front of the car.
