I have a cracked passenger Strut Mount Bracket on my 2001 Grand Prix GT. See pics. It looks like the outer fork is still in one piece and not cracked. If anyone has one laying around, let me know.

I'm unsure but I'm going to guess it won't. Yours is a L67 and mine is an L36. Perhaps the brackets are identical. I'd need someone more knowledgeable to say. Thank you though!

the OEM fix for this issue in the earlier days was to install the iron SC bracket. those things break far too often expecially after a service job where it is removed. they much be gently snugged up on the aluminum side carefully only to 30/35 ftlbs (m101.5 bolts are capable of more but it shouldn't be tight enough to stress the brittle aluminum sideways).... then tightening the steel portion to keep the aluminum from being twisted under stress.

with the iron sc tensioner/idler/ICM bracket you need the bolts from the donor car and it bolts right on, you can cut off the forward pulley boss if youd like, that was what was done as well as leaving the sc belt tensioner off, at that point you cant tell its not like that off the assembly line
