What ratio is the chain set in?
input shaft gear 28 and 32 to the trans
So like 3.75? Right?
3.76:1 when using the GTP HD 3.29 diff. With his GM Racing Torsen 4.0:1 diff, it would be 4.57:1.
BCMONZAI is correct
for example
3.76 = 60 mph in 4th with lockup on 2040 rpm and 2720rpm at 80 mph
4.57 = 60 mph 2482rpm and 3310rpm at 80 mph
That's going to be hard to sell. That's going to limit trap speed to like 115mph.
What were you trapping?
165 mph at 8500 rpm
I'm guessing that's not a 3800.
Me too.
That had to be a lsj or lnf i would think. Were all torsen diffs that high of a ratio?
No, the majority of them were 3.29's.
I think about the only way you could use this diff in a grand prix would be with a 2.93 chain set.
Yes its a 2.1 ecotec . for the ratio 4.0 I'm looking if the stock gear can fit inside the torsen to change to 3.29
OK only 1 transmission and the 4000 converter stall left
4500$ for the last one kit
I need to go in usa before christmas and I want to drop both in the same time
Im interested, please contact me.
I have a GMR 1" chain I'm thinking about selling.
Iam interested did shoot me a messege
