Thread: fuel door help

so the fuel door finally failed. took it out...again. Looks like the upper hing has a busted pin.

Does anyone have a right up on to install a new pin or fix the hinge? I remember a write up somewhere.

Bend a nail through it? Seriously I think most folks would replace the fuel door / hinge assembly with a salvage item, in the correct color if possible.
